As a result of winning the prestigious Ladies of Laughter Contest, a national comedy competition held at Caesar’s Palace, Chris was give a long-running spot on Comedy Central’s Premium Blend. She’s also appeared as a featured comedian on ABC’s “The View” and on The Lifetime Network. She’s worked with Jerry Seinfeld, Sherman Hemsley, Joy Behar, Gilbert Gottfried, Roseanne, and Tony Danza, to name a few.

Her performing career started, however, as a theatrical “triple-threat”: an actress, singer, and dancer in an endless stream of drama, opera, improvisational theater, and musicals: “I did ‘Oklahoma’ so many times I qualified for Farm Aid.” Those years of study and training led to becoming part of a resident company at The Walnut Street Theatre, The Trenton Civic Opera, Bucks County Playhouse, and productions at The Actors’ Playhouse in NYC.

All that acting experience turned out to be a perfect foundation for stand-up, leading a reviewer of her one-woman show to rave: “Chris Rich is unbelievably good. From the minute she took the stage she could do no wrong. Not just a stand-up, she’s a versatile cabaret performer who incorporates character sketches and improv into an act that’s a pure joy.”

Because of this professional discipline and ability to connect with and to “read” an audience, Chris has performed in countless clubs and theaters, from the “tough crowds” in intimate NYC clubs who like aggressive, no-holds-barred comedy to the beautiful stages in Las Vegas Casinos and the vast theaters on the biggest cruiseships. Since she prefers to work clean and has such a wealth of material, Chris has been welcomed to perform for such diverse entities as The Department of Defense and Amnesty International, National Political Party Fundraisers, iconic institutions like Princeton, Notre Dame, Villanova, and Cornell Universities, and the Military Academies at West Point and Valley Forge. She’s spent almost a decade working on several cruise ship lines, both American and European, from Alaska to Antarctica and all the warmer spots in between. She also teaches courses in Comedy, Professional Speech Improvement and Presentation, and most recently has branched off into being a staff writer and warm-up comic for live TV shows.

Chris is recognized in the comedy circuit for her natural inclination to improvise on stage and to try to “never do the same show twice” by exploring the unique subculture that makes up every audience, from the Annual Meetings of Law Offices to the Holiday Parties of Psychiatric Societies. Her work as a Keynote Speaker has brought her to even more diverse groups and they’ve all discovered her knack for turning stress into laughter. Chris’ message is to just never give up, and she uses humor and her own personal tragedy as a guide for others to set their own course in life.

Some of the happiest times of her career have been the many USO Tours throughout Europe, in Japan, Iceland, Hawaii, and active war zones. Chris is currently in the process of writing a book of short stories about her family called “Hope Street”, which is the real address of her ancestors’ first American home.

Matt Bergman has been performing at clubs and colleges since he was in college pursuing a degree in criminal justice. After graduating, he realized he was afraid of criminals and decided stand up comedy was the way to go.
As it turns out Bergman made the right decision quickly becoming one of the most sought out comedians working today. His ability to relate to any audience has allowed him to work with comics from Mike Birbiglia to Bruce Bruce and any audience in between. He’s a favorite at colleges across the country and was selected to be a part of the Inaugural Laughing Skull Festival in Atlanta.
On August 27th, 2014 Bergmans debut CD “A Little Bit Balder Now” was released on Itunes landing him at #15 on the comedy charts and in the Fall of 2014 he made his TV Debut on AXS TV Live at Gotham.

“I never expected any of these legends to say yes, but I figured it was worth a shot,” says PAT MCGEE about his star-studded new self-titled album. “If nothing else, I wanted them to know that I felt they would have been the perfect band for these songs. I have never been a guy that asked for favors or perks in this business, but on this project I definitely swung for the fences and thought to myself, ‘Why not? The worst they can say is ‘no’.”

Fortunately, the iconic players he had hoped to work with gave him a resounding, “Yes!” The dream team McGee assembled includes musical legends Russ Kunkel, Leland Sklar, Waddy Wachtel, Danny Kortchmar, and Jeff Pevar (nicknamed “The Section”). Other notable musicians such as Little Feat’s Paul Barrere, Blues Traveler’s John Popper, Train’s Pat Monahan, Punchbrother’s Gabe Witcher as well as Pat McGee’s own band contributed to the album’s sound.

Recorded in Los Angeles in 2014, Pat McGee was influenced by the classic albums of the 1970s that were spun in his childhood home. “I was inspired to write a record that was not based on a ‘single’ but on the wholeness of the complete album,” Pat explains. “I was at a friend’s house, listening to what I thought was someone’s playlist on an iPod. When I realized they were spinning full albums on vinyl, I was blown away. The very next day, I decided to buy a record player and picked up the ten records that lit the fire in me to start playing music, including seminal records by James Taylor, Jackson Browne, and Crosby, Stills, and Nash.”

Channeling the vintage warmth of those recordings, he began writing an album that would have the same timeless quality of singer/songwriter rock from the Laurel Canyon scene of the early 70s.

Once McGee had written enough material for an album, he began to wonder what would happen if he reached out to the musicians who helped to shape his ear. An impossible task, he thought, but he decided to throw caution to the wind and go for it. One by one, the pieces started to fit together and each of them accepted his offer. As though the universe had always intended for this record to be made. “You could tell when we got to the studio that all these guys just loved playing with each other,” McGee recalls. “From the moment that we played the opening warm-up casual jam, I knew that this was going to blow away anything that I could have ever dreamed.”

From the guitar intro of opening track “Bad Idea,” the natural connection between the players was obvious, sounding much more like a band who had been playing together for decades instead of being assembled for just one record. In lieu of the modern process of painstakingly tracking each individual instrument, the band jammed. “I would show them my song idea and they would ask to hear the meaning of the lyric, and 10 minutes later, we had a take on tape,” he says, still in awe of that process. “We never tracked more than two or three takes before moving onto the next song. In all of these moments, I felt like I was witnessing the creation of an iconic classic rock guitar moment, drum part or bass line– it was happening right before my very eyes. And the fact that these guys were making it happen on songs that I wrote is just still so unbelievable to me.”

The song “Overboard” features a guest vocal from Train’s Pat Monahan, and is a perfect example of how things just fell into place for this album, Pat’s fourth solo effort and tenth album overall. “I’ve known Pat since 1996 when Train toured with my band and we’ve kept in touch ever since. Pat knew how important this album was to me, so he offered to sing on the record.” Written for his wife, the song relays the idea of how he tends to go overboard with his feelings for her and his family, at times leading to vulnerable moments. “I was so inspired by listening to those old vinyl records that everything truly just flowed out of me.

Extremely proud of this record, McGee is hard-pressed to choose a favorite track. “I’m sure any artist is going to say this but it’s hard to pick a favorite,” he says. “Certainly there are musical moments that really put a smile on my face, like the mood of ‘Caroline’, the vibe of ‘Four-Door Dynamo’, the funk chops of ‘Kite String’ and the harmonies throughout the entire album from Patrick McAloon and Jonathan Williams…”

McGee started his professional music career in 1995 as leader of Pat McGee Band, touring relentlessly for over ten years all over the United States, including one stretch doing 98 shows in 103 days. The band, dubbed PMB by legions of adoring fans, sold out venues all over the US and shared stages with The Who, Allman Brothers, Fleetwood Mac, James Taylor, Counting Crows, Rat Dog, Levon Helm & more. Pat McGee Band even performed for President Clinton.

A big supporter of the US military and all that they do, McGee performed for the USO in Greenland as well as in The Middle East and Africa with Navy Entertainment. McGee and his band were also granted the opportunity to land on The USS Eisenhower to play for 5000 brave men and women serving on the Arabian Sea, certainly a career highlight. “My support of the Navy Entertainment and the USO feels, to me, something that every musician or artist or entertainer should be embracing,” McGee says. “I did not grow up in a military family, although my father did serve in Vietnam and to know the years he spent away from my sister while she was young is something I can relate to when meeting the troops overseas. These experiences have really shed some light on how incredibly difficult their jobs are. The men and women I’ve met while doing these tours really inspire you to go home and strive to be a better person.”

Reflecting back on this opus he’s created with these iconic performers, Pat McGee is proud of what he’s accomplished. “It sure feels good to have a record out right now that I want to share with everyone, and not just because they are songs that I wrote,” he explains. “I truly believe that all of the musicians that played on this album need to be credited for what they do. That seems to be lost in the modern music listening atmosphere.”

“It’s not just that these guys are masters on their instruments, because they certainly are that, it’s that their natural instinct is to put the perfect part down to whatever song they’re working on. That is why they have lasted over 50 years in this business. It’s just remarkable that they’re such a cornerstone of the sound of the American songwriter,” McGee says humbly. These new recordings are an indication that McGee has gained the acceptance and approval of his heros, an enviable feat in modern music.

McGee’s self titled upcoming record, his 10th effort and it’s a doozie. Recorded in Los Angeles in 2014, with a legendary band: Russ Kunkel, Leland Sklar, Waddy Wachtel, Danny Kortchmar, Jeff Pevar and guests: Little Feat’s Paul Barrere, Blues Traveler’s John Popper, Train’s Pat Monahan, Punchbrother’s Gabe Witcher as well as the PMB powerhouse players!

McGee wrote all the music himself inspired by the classic albums of the 1970’s that he grew up listening to. To land this incredible band, dubbed The Section, for these sessions was truly amazing and you can hear the passion and creativity on each track. These are the same players who helped create the signature sounds of Jackson Browne, James Taylor and so many more iconic artists.

Pat McGee Band was founded in 1995 and released and eight albums (2 on Warner Brothers) and a live DVD. PMB toured relentlessly for ten years all over the United States, in one stretch doing 98 shows in 103 days. They were asked to perform for President Clinton, sold out venues all over the US, shared the stage with The Who, Allman Brothers, Fleetwood Mac, James Taylor, Counting Crows, Rat Dog, Levon Helm & more. The band was crushed with the untimely death in 2006 of founding drummer Chris Williams. He was the backbone of the band and an integral part of the signature sound of the group, both live and in the studio. McGee has assembled various star-studded ensembles over the years aand continues to have a focus on the song supported with strong harmonies, percussive acoustic guitars, mandolins as well as a tight rhythm section and tasteful electric guitars.

Pat has performed for USO in Greenland and more recently in The Middle East and Africa with Navy Entertainment. This allowed McGee and his band the opportunity to land on The USS Eisenhower to play for 5000 brave men and women serving on the Arabian Sea–an experience that was a highlight of his career.

He exploded onto the national comedy scene by capturing the attention and endearment of the country as the winner of NBC’s Last Comic Standing.  Having already established himself as one of the most sought after comedians on the college circuit, his weekly appearances on Last Comic in the summer of 2006 expanded his fan base exponentially.  Josh starred in Comedy Central Presents: Josh Blue, which received rave reviews from fans and critics alike and was named the 11th best special on the network in 2011.  Most recently, Josh debuted a one-hour Showtime special, Sticky Changewhere he cracks jokes and tells stories about everything from being a white African-American, to dealing with cabbies who think he'll pay in sticky change.  The special is currently available on Netflix.  He has appeared twice on Ron White’s Comedy Salute to the Troops on CMT and recently made his late night television debut on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson.

Possessed with an undeniable likeability and comedic timing that belies his youthfulness; Josh continues to break down stereotypes of people with disabilities one laugh at a time.  His stand-up routine is in a constant state of evolution and his off-the-cuff improvisational skills guarantee that no two shows are exactly alike.

RC Smith is known in the television and comedy industry as one of the best “TV warm-up” guys in the business. A warm-up comic’s job is to get people who are there to see a television program show live, in a great, upbeat mood, before they see the true star of the show. A great warm-up comic can jump-start an audience from nothing to something and has to do it right from the get-go. He has to have great energy as soon as he hits the stage and he has to be a 100% hitter. RC SMITH IS THAT GUY! RC is currently the warm-up comic for ABC’s The Chew along with Ryan Seacrest’s Million Second Quiz after a seven series run doing warm-up for the Rachael Ray Show. RC has also done warm-up for Comedy Central's The Colbert Report, The Tony Danza Show, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, The Caroline Rhea Show and Ricki Lake.

Rising from the streets of New York's ghettos to television superstardom, Jimmie Walker personifies the great American success story. His catch phrase "Dyn-o-mite!" is part of the modern vernacular, and he became such a major celebrity in the 1970's that Time Magazine named him "Comedian of the Decade.

Walker was born on June 25th, 1947, on the mean streets of New York's South Bronx. At the time it was a poverty-ridden area notorious for its burned-out buildings, graffiti and crime, but to a very young boy, it was nothing more than "the neighborhood." Jimmie didn't grow up with thoughts of performing as a potential occupation. His life in the Projects centered around the basketball courts and ignoring school. Basketball was his first love, but at age fifteen, Jimmie only carried 129 pounds on his six foot frame, and the NBA wasn't calling.

He left high school before graduating and joined the workforce, holding a number of odd jobs, including working as a vendor at Yankee Stadium. Walker eventually landed a delivery job at the Grand Union Market at a salary of $47 per week - before taxes. Even though he was working all day, Jimmie wanted to continue his education, so he made an arrangement with his boss to end his shift a little early and attend Theodore Roosevelt High School at night. He entered into the federally funded SEEK program, short for Search for Education, Evaluation and Knowledge, which accepted students who needed an educational "half-way house" as they climbed the educational ladder. His studies at SEEK focused on mathematics and literature. At age 19, Walker had some catching up to do with his grammar lessons, but his writing skills became stronger when he began writing for a class in Oral Interpretation—and along the way, he discovered he was funny. When he delivered one piece he'd penned to his SEEK classmates, they howled! When asked by one appreciative teenager, "Are you a comedian?" Walker answered, "I guess I am." And with that, the first seeds were sown for Jimmie Walker's comedic fame.

Upon completion of the SEEK program, Jimmie began to learn about the world of radio at the RCA Technical Institute. He started as an engineer, which required a first-class license that was available only through hours of study and by passing a test. Within a year he had earned his first-class ticket to the future. Jimmie walked into a small local radio station, WRVR, and was immediately hired as a part-time engineer at a salary of $100 per week.

In 1967, he improved his "day job" by moving up to WMCA radio for $250 a week, but performing comedy was still something he wanted to try. A mutual friend introduced him to The Last Poets, a group dedicated to performing militant poetry. They needed an opening act and after a successful audition, Walker opened for the Poets at the East Wind in Harlem on New Year's Eve. He did five minutes of standup, floored the crowd of 350, and stayed with the Poets for 18 months while he built his act and gained confidence as a performer. By 1969, Jimmie was on stage at the African Room in Manhattan along with a few other up and coming talents, including Bette Midler, David Brenner and Steve Landesberg. Brenner was the first to get his big break and then helped Walker and the others, moving them all to Budd Friedman's Improv in New York where they occasionally got some valuable stage time. Brenner and his "disciples" soon turned into crowd favorites and became regulars onstage. To top it all off, Walker spent a year as the youngest MC in the history of the world famous Apollo Theater in Harlem.

In those early days, doing "The Tonight Show" was a direct line to the Big Time. Brenner made it first, followed by Landesberg, Midler and Freddie Prinze, but by 1972 Jimmie still hadn't landed that "big break." Then Brenner, Landesberg and Midler, scheduled for the powerhouse "Jack Paar Show", refused to appear unless Walker was also given a spot. The Paar staff gave in, and were glad they did. Jimmie's first guest shot was successful beyond anyone's expectations. Dan Rowan, who had seen the show, immediately flew Jimmie to Los Angeles to guest on a "Laugh In" special. That was followed by a second guest spot on "Jack Paar", and a contract with CBS to perform each week as the audience warm-up for the sitcom "Carlucci's Department."

The series of successes gave Walker the confidence to give up his day job, and in 1972 he was working as the main attraction in all the top comedy clubs. His soaring popularity prompted Time Magazine to name him "Comedian of the Decade".

Spotted by the casting director for Norman Lear of "All in the Family" fame, Jimmie accepted a part in Lear's new urban-styled comedy series, "Good Times." The role of the broadly strutting, wisecracking J.J. Evans would launch him into television superstardom. "Dyn-o-mite!" was the phrase that made him famous nationwide. As "Good Times" enjoyed a six year run, Walker's fame grew exponentially. He was the first winner of the NAACP Image Award, and won a Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series. He appeared on The Mac Davis Show, Donny and Marie, The John Davidson Show, The Merv Griffin Show, Dinah, The Mike Douglas Show, The Hollywood Squares, and the Match Game. Clothing, tee-shirts and even a talking doll that blurted out his signature catch phrase were soon on store shelves everywhere.

Even with his demanding schedule, Jimmie continued to appear as the headliner at top comedy clubs, including the world famous Comedy Store in Los Angeles. His joke writing team included a young David Letterman, Jay Leno and Byron Allen.

Walker's television work would lead to movie roles, like boxer Bootney Farnsworth in "Let's Do it Again," co-starring with entertainment luminaries Sidney Poitier and Bill Cosby. Jimmie also released a smash comedy album, "Dyn-o-mite!" that went gold. When "Good Times" ended in 1979, Aaron Spelling offered Walker a starring role in the short-lived "B.A.D. Cats" and returned to cast him again in 1983 in "At Ease", an ABC series about a bunch of United States Army misfits. He also landed choice roles in films like "Airplane!" and "Airport '79", and was a regular on television shows like "The Love Boat" and "Fantasy Island". In recent years he's made scene-stealing appearances on "The George Lopez Show", "Everybody Hates Chris" with Chris Rock, and "Scrubs".

But despite all Jimmie's success on the big and small screens, stand-up comedy remains his first love. Walker currently tours the country 35 to 45 weeks a year performing live, and guesting on game shows and late night television. In his spare time he writes scripts for TV and movies, and continues to enjoy a comedy career now approaching five decades.

For over 30 years, 2 time GRAMMY award winning artist Terrance Simien, 8th generation Louisiana Creole has been shattering the myths about what his indigenous Zydeco roots music is and is not. Leading his Zydeco Experience band, Simien has become one of the most respected and accomplished artists in American roots music today. He and his band mates have performed over 7000 concerts, toured millions of miles to over 45 countries during their eventful career.

2014 marked another milestone when Simien & his collaborators from the Zydeco Experience band were honored with their second GRAMMY award in Los Angeles on January 26, 2014 at the Nokia Theatre. This year was their 28th consecutive New Orleans Jazz Festival performance: an event that has become the gold standard for showcasing and celebrating all Louisiana music traditions.

2012 found Simien & his band mates seen performing their original song “Dance Everyday” in the Warner Brothers film “The Lucky One” starring Zac Efron and Blythe Danner, and directed by Oscar nominated director Scott Hicks. Simien’s version of zydeco standard “Uncle Bud” was also used in the film.

2009 signaled the release of Disney’s “The Princess and the Frog”, set in the city of New Orleans and featured their first black princess. Alas, history was made. Simien is the featured guest artist on “Gonna Take You There”, a zydeco flavored song penned by Randy Newman. Simien recorded the song with Newman in Los Angeles in late 2007. The song was inspired by Simien’s music and it became a favorite track for children everywhere! Simien’s student audiences all over the country sing along with him when he & his band mates perform it during their school time concerts. History was also made in a very big way for this genre as it was the first time Disney featured zydeco music in a film! However, what really changed the game was having the word zydeco spoken in the movie,  introducing generations of young children and families to an indigenous American roots music that because of this film, many heard for the very first time! We are forever grateful to John Lasseter and the team at Disney for this rare opportunity to have this genre immortalized in a Disney film. Photo: Terrance and his manager/agent, Cynthia at the film premiere.

In 2005 Simien led HBO producers deep into Creole country for another high visible opportunity for the genre and he introduced them to the prodigious 5 year old zydeco talent, Guyland Leday. This gifted young musician was featured in the HBO doc “The Music in Me: Children’s Recitals from Classical to Latin, Jazz to Zydeco. This was a huge victory for his state, genre and Creole culture. It was also this yea r that they became the first zydeco artists to perform in Cuba for the US State Department. In 2006, Carnegie Hall presented them in Mali, West Africa as part of their unique Global Encounters program.

However, it was 2008 that proved to be one of the most memorable years of their eventful career as they were honored with a GRAMMY™ award, the first in zydeco since Rockin Sidney Simien received his in 1985. They also performed that day at The 50th GRAMMY™ Awards pre-Tel ceremony.

Simien was born in 1965 (appropriately) into the hippie folk and soul music era that still intrigues him today. He grew artistically being influenced and inspired by all of the music from that period. He was as influenced by Dylan and Simon and Garfunkel as he was by Sam Cooke and the Commodores. Since his family is documented in history books as one of the first Creole families to settle St. Landry Parish, his musical roots are firmly planted alongside the great zydeco pioneers like Chenier, Delafose, Chavis, Ardoin and that other Simien, Rockin Sidney, to name a few. He counts himself one of the fortunate few who hail from a generation with a direct link to these artists, some of whom mentored him as an emerging talent. He has assumed that same role to a new generation of young Zydeco hotshots because he understands how critical mentoring is to the success of his indigenous music that has become synonymous with the cultural identity of Louisiana and an important part of the musical landscape of this country.

In 1983 at the young age of 18, Simien began touring professionally and by 20 he was sharing the stage with Fats Domino and Sarah Vaughn at the Bern Jazz Festival. His career exploded after that and Terrance remains a pivotal part of Zydeco music history. In the early 1980’s there were only 2 emerging bands touring nationally; the young Terrance and The Sam Brothers were the only artists reaching a younger audience with their indigenous roots music. Simien was also vital to the “renaissance” of a genre that was becoming extinct with the passing of each pioneer starting with Clifton Chenier in 1987. By the end of the 1990’s, all of the other influential pioneers had departed. This placed Terrance at the forefront of an exciting period of growth and popularity for his genre.

Simien is blessed with an extraordinary talent that expresses the deepest human emotions through the original instrument: The Voice. He takes his audiences on a multicultural tour of the world as the many countries he’s visited while on tour have informed his musical language. He creates a hypnotic blend of New Orleans funk-reggae-flavored-world-blues-American zydeco roots music that beckons you to your feet and into the groove. He has found a seamless and artful way to deliver his eclectic music as a relevant, evolving artist who is clearly rooted in Creole tradition. Well known for his legendary live performances, Simien also helped change the vocabulary for his genre by introducing complex vocal harmonies, diverse repertoire and carefully crafted high quality recordings.

Terrance and his loyal and skilled band mates, together have shared studio & stage with Robert Palmer, Stevie Wonder, Los Lobos, Taj Mahal, Dr. John, the Meters, Alan Toussaint, Paul Simon and Dave Matthews Band to name a few. Their music has been featured in TV commercials and a dozen or more films, including the blockbuster “The Big Easy” which changed the game for Louisiana music in the late 80’s. His music has been heard on NPR syndicated radio shows like World Café, American Routes, E-town & House of Blues Radio Hour. Rolling Stone, Billboard, and other notable music industry publications, as well as major daily newspapers have praised his recordings. His extensive discography dates back to vinyl 45’s. In 1991 he was signed to rock label Restless Records by A&R rep Ron Goudie who brought the band Poison to the same label group.

Simien’s groundbreaking Creole for Kidz & The History of Zydeco for student, youth and family audiences has reached nearly 500,000 since its debut in 2000. This dynamic program is presented at performing art centers, schools and festivals. Simien is helping build a more culturally literate young performing arts patron who is more knowledgeable about zydeco roots music because of his program. Simien has received countless awards, grants and recognition for his work and artistic contributions as a respected Cultural Ambassador for his state and country.

Where do you begin the task of trying to describe Johnny Rizzo?  The elastic faces, the flopping limbs, the silly, googly eyes…he’s got you in stitches and he hasn’t even opened his mouth yet!  And once that happens, you’re gone.  At the end of the night, your face hurts – literally – from the constant laughter.  He has earned the nickname, “The Rubber-Faced Comedian.”

Part old school (think Red Skelton, Jerry Lewis, Danny Kaye) intertwined with his own unique observations on everyday life, Johnny Rizzo has been cracking up audiences around the country for over 30 years.  Born in raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Johnny cut his comedy teeth in some of the most hallowed clubs in New York City, including Catch a Rising Star, Caroline’s, Dangerfield’s and The Comic Strip.  Before long, Johnny was opening all over the country for superstars including Jay Leno, Richard Belzer, Dennis Miller, Tommy Chong, Joan Rivers, “Weird” Al Yankovic, Ray Charles, Little Anthony and the Imperials, The Mamas and the Papas, Pat Cooper and Henny Youngman.
Johnny has headlined across the country at The Bitter End in NYC, the Borgota Casino in Atlantic City, the Riviera and Sun Coast casinos in Las Vegas and at all the major comedy clubs, including Madison Square Garden.  He has appeared on numerous television programs including NBC’s Last Comic Standing, Fox’s 30 Seconds to Fame, A & E Comedy on the Road and The Joan Lunden Show. He also received an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Achievement – Performance Artist, for the acclaimed CPTV comedy special, Hot Summer Nights.  He also hosted his own public-access talk and variety show, The Johnny Rizzo Show.

Johnny has also toured the country as part of Jim Labriola’s Night of 1000 Guidos comedy revue show.  He continues to perform hundreds of shows per year.  “I’m a road monkey,” says Johnny, “I’m paying off my car with jokes.”

He has appeared in numerous television commercials and also appeared in feature films. Johnny is currently the host of ESOTERICA with Johnny Rizzo, a offbeat radio program now available for free downloads on iTunes.

If you’ve ever wondered what life would be like if a type-A, high strung, alpha male wound up raising three daughters, then look no further than a night of informative comedy with Eric McMahon.  You will understand the struggle of trying to keep a marriage “blissful” after 20 years, trying to keep the high school boys away from his daughters and protecting their innocence, and dealing with an aging body that simply doesn’t function like the well oiled machine it used to be.

His upbeat, energetic delivery and his versatility to work blue or squeaky clean, has made him a favorite all over the country.  This is demonstrated by the fact that he has recently opened for both Ray Romano and Andrew “Dice” Clay.

In the past few years, Eric has pitched a sitcom to CBS, starred in an off-off Broadway drama called “The Chill on Lake St. Clair”, hosts a weekly radio show called “What’s Your Problem?”, played Billy Flynn in a Broadway review of "Chicago", and is one of the writers and performers in Jim Florentine’s comedy sketches on HBO’s “Inside the NFL”.

He is a well rounded performer doing family comedy at its best.  If you don’t appreciate your life as a care free single 25 year old, you certainly will after spending the night with Eric.

Described as a high energy comic, Chris Distefano acts out a variety of characters derived from his life, typically leaving you on the edge of your seat wondering: "Who the hell is that he's talking about?" Chris has worked at all of the top comedy clubs across New York City including, but not limited to, Gotham Comedy Club, Carolines on Broadway and The Comic Strip. Chris still lives in Brooklyn, NY with his Mom (punch line).

Chris has a Bachelors degree in Psychology to impress his mom's friends and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy to impress his mom's friend's moms. That kind of thinking got him on the SNY network as the host of the Fencing Masters at Hammerstein Ballroom. It also got him all the way to the Elite 8 of the March Madness Comedy Competition at the world famous Carolines on Broadway (two years in a row). Chris also was selected to headline Carolines on Broadway Breakout Artist Series and was selected as a finalist in the New York Comedy Festival. Chris has opened up for comedy legends such as Richard Lewis, Gilbert Gottfried and Artie Lange. Chris has been heard on Sirius XM radio, is a regular on MTV2's "Guy Code" and his left elbow was featured on a national Subway commercial. It's a good elbow. When he's not making witty remarks or transforming into various personas on stage, you can find him stretching people's hamstrings and getting yelled at to clean his room.

Stand-up comic, actor, writer, director Pauly Shore tasted super-stardom in 1990 when his precedent-setting MTV show "Totally Pauly" hit the airwaves to major fan approval. The show ran for six years, leading him to television and film roles. In 1993, he wrote and starred in a one-hour HBO television special, Pauly Does Dallas, which drew in even more loyal fans.

He had roles in films from 1988, providing supporting comedy relief, but it was the wildly popular Encino Man (1992), partnered with Sean Astin and Brendan Fraser, that put Pauly on the map. Films followed, including Son in Law (1993), In the Army Now (1994), Jury Duty (1995), Bio-Dome (1996) and The Curse of Inferno (1997). He provided voices in animated features such as Casper: A Spirited Beginning (1997) and The Goofy Movie Franchise (1995/2000).

His first album, "The Future of America," was named Best Comedy Album by the college music journalists in 1991, while the National Association of Record Merchandisers nominated his second album, "Scraps from the Future," for a Best Sellers Award.

Pauly has made several appearances in recent years as a recurring guest on Howard Stern's late-night show, as well as David Letterman's talk show. He tours the country with his stand-up comedy act.

In 2003, Shore produced, wrote, directed and starred in Pauly Shore Is Dead, a semi-autobiographical mockumentary, and in 2005 starred in the reality television series Minding the Store. His production company, Landing Patch Productions, has produced multiple films and specials: Natural Born Komics (2007), Adopted (2009), Vegas Is My Oyster (2011), and Pauly~tics (2012).

Currently, Pauly is working on Pauly Shore Stands Alone, a true-life road documentary that follows him as he performs in obscure towns throughout Wisconsin while dealing with his personal life back home. Pauly is also debuting a podcast series later this year: Pauly Shore’s Interested. In it, he interviews Arsenio Hall, Chris Rock, Whitney Cummings, Former RNC Chair Michael Steele, Dodger’s pitcher Brian Wilson, and many many more.

Best known from NBC’s hit reality show “Last Comic Standing,” Rich Vos is one of the most exciting and broadest headlining comedians in the country.  Back Stage Magazine says of Vos, “He has an uncanny ‘Everyman’ ability to likeably bond with anyone in the audience…” The excitement of a Rich Vos show stems from his unique, no-holds-barred perspective on relationships, divorce and parenthood.  Vos pulls no punches when it comes to comedy. On many occasions, he will deliver some of the quickest crowd banter, leaving audiences not knowing what to expect next.

Vos is a “comic’s comic” who is quick, off-the-cuff and appeals to all types of audiences, best represented by his extensive resume of television and radio appearances. He has two Comedy Central Half-Hour Specials and appeared in two other Comedy Central specials. He was a regular guest on “Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn,” and has been a regular guest on “The Opie and Anthony Show” for the past 10 years. Vos has appeared on HBO, Showtime, Starz, “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” “The Rosie O’Donnell Show,” NBC’s “American Dreams” and “The View.” He is also a regular on the Joy Behar show, made three appearances at the Apollo, four appearances on BET, and was the first white comic to perform on HBO’s “Def Comedy Jam.” He also wrote for the 2005 Oscars, and has appeared on and wrote for many roasts.

Growing up on the wrong side of the tracks, Vos struggled to beat drug and alcohol addictions.  He now celebrates his victories on stage with stories about kids, divorce, marriage and recovery. Besides being a proud parent of three beautiful girls, he just celebrated 25 years, clean and sober.

His strength as a live performer comes from years of headlining clubs across the country and performing shows for colleges, corporations and charities.  He is inundated with letters of thanks and gratitude for the good work he has done. When he is not on the road, he can be seen regularly at Caroline’s and The Comedy Cellar as well as other clubs all over New York City, which he calls home.

Nominated, six times for an American Comedy Award, Dom Irrera’s stand-up material was honed in a multi-generational Italian household in South Philadelphia with his mother, sister, grandmother, uncles and cousins all under one very big roof. A great-grandmother even lived across the street. Together there were three floors and four generations of family.

His first big break was his performance on Rodney Dangerfield's “Nothing Goes Right” comedy specials for HBO. In 1989 Irrera’s own HBO “One Night Stand” earned him his first CableACE award for Best Stand-Up Comedy Special. In '95 he won a second CableACE for the Showtime stand-up series he hosted, “Full Frontal Comedy”. That same year he received a second CableACE nomination in the writing category for his work on Comedy Central's animated series, “Dr. Katz: Professional Therapist”. He also starred in a solo stand-up special for HBO in '92 titled “Command Performance” and a “Comedy Central Presents” special more recently. Dom was part of the 2010 Emmy-winning cast of Nickelodeon’s “Back To The Barnyard”, where he played “Duke” the sheepdog.

He has performed on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno", "The Late Show with David Letterman", "Late Night with Conan O'Brien", “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson”, “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart”, “The View”, and has made several appearances on “Oprah”. Recent credits include the Joy Behar show on HLN, hosting “Half Time” on the NFL network and starring in his own series for Direct TV (now in its 3rd season), “The Supreme Court of Comedy”.

As an avid sports fan, he hosted four seasons of Comedy Central's irreverent football show, “Offsides”, where he conducted hilarious on-the-field interviews with football greats. He also hosted Comedy Central's “Behind the Scenes at the American Comedy Awards: specials in '98 and '99”.

Irrera was a series regular on the ‘98 Fox comedy “Damon” starring Damon Wayans and his guest-star credits include “Seinfeld” (he played an annoying prop comic needling Jerry in the memorable episode), “Becker”, “Everybody Loves Raymond” and “King of Queens”. In addition, Dom voices the character Ernie, the demolitions expert, on Nickelodeon's “Hey Arnold”.

His film work includes a featured role in Robert Townsend's “Hollywood Shuffle”, a cameo in the Coen Bros. Film, “The Big Lebowski”, “The Fourth Tenor”, starring old pal Rodney Dangerfield, and he played himself in the Rodney Dangerfield / Dom De Luise film, “The Godson”.

Dom has performed at Montreal's prestigious “Just For Laughs Festival” and “The Cats Laugh Festival” in Kilkenny, Ireland (he's made more appearances at both festivals than any other American comic). He also has performed at the “Melbourne Comedy Festival” in Australia and at “Edinburgh Festival’s" Assembly Hall. It was there that he received the “Herald Award” for artistic excellence.

In 2010, Dom continued his quest for international DOM-ination with a 10-day run at the Sydney Comedy Festival and his first ever one-man show, “Plugged, Unplugged then Plugged Again” played to sold out audiences in Montreal.

Special Event: Robert Kelly and Guests
Dates: 10-16-2015 - 10-17-2015

Robert Kelly has overcome many hardships in his life, all of which have made him the actor/comedian he is today. From his early days as a kid growing up in Boston, in and out of Juvenile Hall, Kelly's unique, honest take on his own life and relationships make his comedy clever, abrasive, funny, but refreshingly vulnerable.

His extensive TV comedy credits include a Comedy Central Presents, HBO's Tourgasm, and Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn. Kelly's acting credits also include portraying Louie CK's brother on Louie, appearing as a detective opposite Vincent D'Onofrio on Law & Order: Criminal Intent and a guest starring role on ABC's The Job with Denis Leary.

His feature credits include Ghost Town, What Doesn't Kill You, Children of Invention, Bachelor No. 2 and Good Luck Chuck. He also just finished producing and starring in his first short film, Cheat, which premiered at the 2011 Tribeca Film Festival.

THE COMEDY WORKS - 500 NORTHERN BLVD - ALBANY, NY

New Jersey native Jim Norton is a nationally-touring comedian and best selling author who can be heard weekday mornings on the "Opie & Anthony" radio show. The show, which is listened to by millions of devoted fans each day, airs on both CBS and XM radio networks.
Jim is currently performing his unique stand-up to sold-out crowds across the country. His diverse audience is hoping to experience what Judi Brown of the Aspen Comedy Festival calls "brutal honesty" comedy. Judi also described Jim as "refreshing in a business where a lot of people are phony".
Jim's first book, "Happy Endings: The Tales of a Meaty-Breasted Zilch" was published in July 2007. The New York Times bestseller is a collection of Jim's personal journal entries, raunchy sex stories, embarrassing star sightings, and pathetic childhood memories. Jim's second book, "I Hate Your Guts," also became a New York Times bestseller upon its release in November 2008.
On television, Jim hosts HBO's "Down and Dirty with Jim Norton." Premiering in late September 2008, "Down and Dirty" showcases new stand-up comedians. Jim was most recently seen in Monster Rain, his one-hour HBO stand-up show. He also starred in HBO's "Lucky Louie" as well as in Comedy Central's "Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn." He has performed on "Tonight Show with Jay Leno" and "The Late Show with David Letterman," had a half-hour special on HBO's "One Night Stand," and has been featured on both "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and "Last Call with Carson Daly."
In addition to radio, books, TV and touring, Jim has released two CD's of his stand-up comedy: 2002's Yellow Discipline and 2003's Trinkets I Own Made From Gorilla Hands.

Jim's first inkling of becoming a comedian came at age 12 when he saw Richard Pryor's special "Richard Pryor: Live in Concert." He wound up in rehab at 17, dropped out of high school the next year, then started signing up for open-mic nights at local bars at 21. Often pegged as an "angry comic" because of his raunchy brand of humor, Jim argues the only labels in comedy that truly matter are "funny," "original," and "hack".

Originally from Boston, Gary has been a scholarship college football player, an accountant, a barista, a doorman, a waiter and a high school teacher. Now he is one of the most popular touring comics and one of only a handful of comedians to perform on every single late night comedy program. “Gary will be the next giant ex-Bostonian comic to break huge, CK, Burr, Gulman: You heard it here first” raved the Village Voice. He’s made three TV specials, and three albums. Gary marked his 20-year anniversary in stand-up with the “It’s About Time Tour,” selling out theaters throughout the country. Comedian Big Jay Oakerson currently has a new full length, digital-only album, "An American Storyteller" on Comedy Central Records. Oakerson's story-based style of stand-up comedy got its start after a series of dead-end jobs, including driving strippers and escorts around his hometown of Philly. Now the New York City resident has made comedy his full-time job, flooring audiences with true tales of odd threesomes and bizarre sexual encounters. "An American Storyteller," recorded at Stand-Up New York, is an one-hour onslaught of unbridled awesomeness and raunchy rock n' roll hilarity.

Oakerson is recognized from many of his television appearances, most recently on the hit IFC show "Z-Rock," where he received critical acclaim for his performance as "Neil," the sexually ambiguous owner of a NYC rock club. His television credits include Comedy Central's "Premium Blend, " "Comedy Central Presents" and "Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn, " along with multiple appearances on BET's "Comic View" and HBO's "P. Diddy's Bad Boys of Comedy. "

The past summers for Jay have been busy ones -- he performed stand-up comedy for over a quarter of a million screaming rock n' roll fans by hosting Jager's Korn tour and Rock Star Energy Drink's Mayhem Fest. Jay wowed for a fourth time at Montreal's Just for Laughs Comedy Festival, performing on (and closing) the "Nasty Show" -- a festival favorite -- and took his performance to a whole new level with the debut of his solo show "The American Storyteller."
